My name is Deanna Lucero and this will be my 4th year teaching 6th Science at FPW! My favorite topics to learn and teach include Chemistry, Anatomy, and Earth/Space science. I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and have lived in Denver since 2018, after I graduated college. I attended college at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, studying Education, Biology, and some Psychology. My dog Hayden, is 1 and a half, and we love to go on hikes! Especially ones with lakes and rivers, she loves to be in water and those ones usually have the most beautiful wildflowers! I also read, paint, bake and cook different types of pasta in my free time.
