Mission Statement:
The mission of the Florida Pitt Waller, K-8 School community is to foster an environment that cares for and challenges each child. High expectations for all students send a strong message that we believe all children can succeed. We also know that children thrive in environments in which they feel safe. As a K-8 school, we strive to create a school structure that nurtures each child. Each child is treated as a valued individual learner since we believe that each develops at her/his own rate. To that end our academic program is inclusive of all students.

We are a community working together to promote educational success. We are respectful, supportive, responsible, honest, hardworking, courteous and kind. Our efforts create an environment that is safe, inviting and productive. We have confidence in ourselves and in our achievements.
